USCIS Announces Implementation of New Immigration Parole Fee Required by H.R. 1

USCIS announced that, beginning 10/16/25, it is implementing the new immigration parole fee as outlines in H.R. 1. The fee is $1,000 for FY 2025 and is subject to annual adjustments for inflation. Individuals must pay when they are paroled into the United States, unless an exception applies. USCIS also published a Federal Register notice with more information.
