USCIS Announces Processing Change for Certain Form I-730 Petitions

USCIS announced that on 1/12/18 it changed the processing location for certain Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, filings. Previously the Service Center Operations Directorate processes these filings and now the International Adjudications Support Branch in the RAIO Directorate will process petitions filed by individuals who were admitted to the United States as refugees.
