USCIS Message on the Role and Use of Interpreters in Domestic Field Office Interviews

USCIS issued a message on guidance intended to ensure that customers who bring interpreters have competent language assistance. The guidance, to be implemented 5/1/17, applies to interviews conducted at domestic field offices except in cases where USCIS provides interpreters or has other policies.
