USCIS Fact Sheet on Overseas Naturalization Eligibility for Children of Armed Forces Members

On 10/2/08 USCIS released a fact sheet explaining the amendment of INA §322 to allow certain eligible children of members of the armed forces to become naturalized U.S. citizens without having to travel to the United States.
