USCIS Issues Press Release on the New H-1B Regulations

USCIS announces that the filing period for the FY2005 20,000 new H-1Bs for those with a master's or higher degree from a U.S. institution of higher education begins 5/12/05, and provides instructions for FY05 and FY06 H-1B filings.
