Effects of Puerto Rico Birth Certificate Invalidation on USCIS Benefit Seekers

On 7/1/10, Puerto Rico began issuing new certified copies of birth certificates to U.S. citizens born in Puerto Rico. After 9/30/10, all certified copies of birth certificates issued prior to 7/1/10, will become invalid. This update includes questions and answers.
