USCIS to Centralize Processing of Special Immigrant Juvenile Cases

As of 11/1/16, USCIS centralized the Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) program with SIJ-based Form I-360 petitions and Form I-485 applications being adjudicated at the National Benefits Center (NBC). USCIS will require in-person interviews at local field offices to complete adjudications as needed.
