USCIS Update on Lautenberg Amendment Parolee Recipients

USCIS statement on the Lautenberg Amendment being reinstated and the remaining 130 Lautenberg parolees are permitted to travel to U.S. by the new deadline of 9/30/12, but USCIS will no longer offer parole to individuals denied refugee status under the Lautenberg Amendment.
