AILA posts immigration-related government notices and requests for comments on proposed revisions to forms, new and revised rules, and final rules. Notices with an open comment period are listed below. For significant regulatory comment requests, AILA submits comments and posts them on AILA.org.
AILA encourages members to submit individual comments in response to open notices and requests for comment. Instructions on how to submit comments can be found in the relevant Federal Register notice. Most notices and requests for comment can be found on www.regulations.gov by searching the Docket Number in the search bar.
