CA5 Holds Petitioners Not Lawfully Admitted Are Not Entitled to Bond Hearing
The court held that noncitizens who have not been admitted into the U.S. are not entitled to any process beyond what is provided by statute. Accordingly, an unadmitted noncitizen has no statutory or constitutional right to a bond hearing. (Sosnava Rodriguez v. Vergara, 10/23/26)
