DOJ Rule Finalizing Inflation Adjustments for Employer Penalties
DOJ rule finalizing, without change, the interim final rule at 81 FR 42491, which provides for the adjustment for inflation of the amount of certain penalties. Penalties affected include those against employers for unlawful employment of immigrants and for immigration-related paperwork violations and unfair employment practices.
