DOJ Adjusts Certain Immigration-Related Employer Penalties for Inflation

DOJ interim final rule effective August 1, 2016, increasing the amount of certain penalties for inflation. Penalties affected include those against employers for unlawful employment of immigrants and for immigration-related paperwork violations and unfair employment practices. (81 FR 42491, 6/30/16)
