The U.S. Embassy in Israel announced that a treaty investor agreement (E-2 Visa) signed between the U.S. and Israel became effective on May 1, 2019. Israeli citizens can apply for an E-2 visa at the U.S. Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv. Visa scheduling instructions are provided.
