How do I Login?

To login enter your Username and Password into the boxes in the gray bar at the top of the page. Then click the green "Log In" button. The page will refresh to replace the login boxes with "Welcome [Your Name]"

What is my Username?

AILA Members and Student Members, your Username is your AILA member number. If you cannot remember your member number, use the automated Forgot Username/Password service to retrieve your Username and reset your password.
International Associates / Government and Registered Users, your Username is the email address you have on file with AILA. If you need to verify, update or change the email address we have on file for you, contact membership@aila.org.

What is my Password?

Passwords are encrypted for security and can only be retrieved by individual users. If you cannot remember your password, use the automated Forgot Username/Password service to reset your password.

How do I Log Off?

To Log Off simply click "Logout" located in the gray banner at the top of the page underneath "Welcome [Your Name]" AILA.org will keep you logged in unless you actively log out so be sure to logout if you are using a shared or public computer

It says "Login Failed." What does this mean?

This means that you have entered an incorrect Username or Password. If you cannot remember your member number, use the automated Forgot Username/Password service to retrieve your Username and reset your password.

I am using the correct information but still cannot login / How do I clear my cookies?.

When you attempt to log in, if the screen just refreshes with blank login boxes, the error is most likely a corrupt cookie and can be solved by clearing your cache and/or deleting your cookies. Instructions for the most popular browsers are below:

Clearing /Deleting Your Cookies

On all browsers, hitting the Ctrl plus F5 key on your keyboard will clear your cache. Please use Ctrl-F5, allow the screen to refresh and then attempt to log in again.

Delete Your Cookies

If clearing your cache doesn't resolve the problem, you may also want to delete your cookies. To delete your cookies, please follow the steps for your browser.

Internet Explorer

Deleting Cookies

  1. Tap or click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then tap or click Delete browsing history.
  2. Select the Cookies check box, and then tap or click Delete.

Clearing the Cache

  1. IE 8: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
  2. IE 9-11: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet Options
  3. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
  4. Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box.
  5. Check the Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History boxes.
  6. The Form data, Passwords, and InPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you so choose.
  7. Click Delete.
  8. When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window.
  9. Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.


Firefox

Deleting Cookies

  1. In the upper right corner, click on the icon that looks like 3 horizontal lines.
  2. Select "Options."
  3. Click the "Privacy & Security" tab and then go to the "Cookies and Site Data" area an click on "Manage Data".
  4. Type "aila" in the Search box.
  5. Select any cookies with aila.org or messages.aila.org and click the "Remove Selected Cookie" button.
  6. Close your browser, reopen, and go to www.aila.org and attempt to log in.

Clearing the Cache

  1. Click on "History Menu" and select the "Clear Recent History" link.
  2. Choose "Everything" in the "Last Hour" drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the "Details" button.
  4. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear.
  5. Click the "Clear Now" button.


Chrome

Clearing the Cache

  1. Click on the Chrome menu icon that looks like three vertical dots in the browser toolbar (upper right corner).
  2. Select "More Tools."
  3. Select "Clear browsing data."
  4. A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed.
  5. Click on “Cookies and other site data”. You can also set how far back in your browsers history you wish to have removed.
  6. Once, you have selected the types of information you wish to remove, click "Clear Data".

Deleting AILA Cookies

  1. Click on the Chrome menu icon that looks like three vertical dots in the browser toolbar (upper right corner).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, select "Clear browsing data."
  5. Click on “Cookies and other site data”. You can also set how far back in your browsers history you wish to have removed.
  6. Once, you have selected the types of information you wish to remove, click "Clear Data".


Safari

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy.
  2. Click Details.
  3. Select www.aila.org, and then click "Remove."
  4. When you finish removing websites, click "Done."


Microsoft Edge (Windows 10)

To delete cookies,

  1. Click on the three dots at the top right, then choose "Settings."
  2. Then Clear Browsing Data, choose what to clear.
  3. Choose Cookies and Cached data - don't check anything else.
  4. Click on "Clear."


Firewall Adjustments

If you're accessing InfoNet from behind a firewall, proxy, or anti-virus program, temporarily disable the program and try logging on to AILA.org. If disabling this program resolves the problem, we suggest consulting the program's online support center for assistance on how to configure it in a way that will still allow you to access InfoNet.

Note that if you're using a work computer, the problem may be related to your computer's corporate security settings. We suggest asking your system administrator.

AILA.org does not display right in my browser

Please note that browser technology is changing all the time and companies release updates to their browsers regularly. For the best experience please be sure that you are using a browser updated recently. Because AILA.org takes advantage of newer browser features, browsers older than three years may not display items properly.
