Note: On 2/25/21, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published a notice at 86 FR 11537 stating that it is no longer pursuing changes to the forms for sponsors of unaccompanied children on which it had requested public comment on 1/5/21 at 86 FR 308, and therefore withdraws its request for comment.
