DHS Automatically Extends EADs for Six TPS-Designated Countries

DHS is automatically extending the validity of certain EADs issued under the TPS designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan. DOJ released a chart of EAD expiration dates that are now valid through January 4, 2021, if they have a category code of A-12 or C-19.
