USCIS Final Rule on Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility

USCIS final rule amending the regulations to prescribe how USCIS determines whether noncitizens are inadmissible to the United States because they are likely at any time to become a public charge.  The rule is effective 12/23/22, and will apply to applications postmarked on or after the effective date.
