Class Action Complaint Filed Against USCIS for Extreme Unlawful Presence Waiver Processing Delays

A group of immigrants filed a federal class action lawsuit against USCIS, arguing that it has not acted with due regard for the convenience and necessity of plaintiffs and class members, as the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) requires. Plaintiffs and class members seek relief pursuant to the APA to end this harmful and unreasonable delay. (Guevara Enriquez, et al. v. USCIS, 1/23/23)
