DOJ/DHS Announce Joint Guidance to Employers on Internal Form I-9 Audits

DOJ’s Civil Rights Division and DHS’s ICE issued joint guidance to employers on internal Form I-9 audits, to provide information for employers to ensure that their internal audits of I-9 forms are conducted fairly and accurately, without discrimination or retaliation against their employees.
