DOL Announces New System for Electronic Filings for ARB, OALJ, and BALCA Proceedings

DOL announced that it is launching a new eFile/eServe System (EFS) on December 7, 2020 for electronic filings in proceedings before the Administrative Review Board (ARB), Benefits Review Board (BRB), Employee Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB), Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ), and Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA).

DOL’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will conduct an informational webinar on how to preregister and conduct basic filings with OALJ, BALCA, and ARB on November 17, 2020, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm (ET):
