USCIS 60-Day Notice and Request for Comments on Proposed New Forms I-129H2A and I-129H2B

USCIS 60-day notice and request for comments on proposed new Form I-129H2A and proposed new Form I-129H2B. USCIS is separating Form I-129 into several individual forms. Form I-129H2A will collect information for the H-2A program. Form I-129H2B will collect information for the H-2B program. Note that USCIS previously submitted these forms to the Office of Management and Budget for approval during the 2020 USCIS Fee Rule; however, the rule was enjoined and the forms did not go into effect.
