USCIS 60-day notice and request for comments on proposed new Form I-129H1. USCIS is separating Form I-129 into several individual forms. Form I-129H1 will collect information for the H-1B and H-1B1 programs. Note that USCIS previously submitted Form I-129H1 to the Office of Management and Budget for approval during the 2020 USCIS Fee Rule; however, the rule was enjoined and the form did not go into effect.
