USCIS Expands Digital Delivery of FOIA Requests

USCIS announced expansion of its FOIA Immigration Records System (FIRST). USCIS online account holders can submit requests online for their own records, and soon will be able to submit requests for non-A-File material. Later this year, users will be able to make requests on behalf of another person.
