USCIS Releases Policy Memo with Additional Guidance on Implementation of Duran Gonzales Settlement Agreement

USCIS policy memorandum supplementing guidance given in PM 602-0108 on Duran Gonzalez, et al. v. Department of Homeland Security and revising the Step-by-Step Determinations to address two legal issues not previously addressed.
