USCIS to Conduct Lottery for Temporary Increase in FY2018 H-2B Cap

USCIS announced that in the first five business days of filing, it received petitions for more beneficiaries than the number of H-2B visas available under the FY2018 supplemental cap. USCIS will use a computer-generated process to randomly select petitions received between 5/31/18 and 6/6/18.
