INS Issues V Visa Regulations

INS interim rule with regulations implementing the V nonimmigrant classification for certain spouses and children of lawful permanent residents that was added by section 1102 of the LIFE Act of 2000. The rule is effective on 9/7/01 and comments are due by 11/6/01. (66 FR 46697, 9/7/01)
