ACUS Publishes Recommendation on Agency Guidance Through Policy Documents

Administrative Conference of the U.S. (ACUS) published Recommendation 2017-5 providing best practices to agencies on the formulation and use of policy statements, including how agencies can remain flexible and encourage public participation in the adoption or modification of policy statements.
