AILA Reiterates Comments on Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

AILA submits comments on the Form I-765, reiterating the importance of addressing key issues discussed in our June 2022 comment, including recommendations for addressing the length and structure of the form and its instructions, as well as amending or removing certain questions in light of the Asylumworks v. Mayorkas decision.
