AILA Sends Letter to DOL on LCA Posting Notice Issue

AILA sent a letter to DOL seeking an opinion from the WHD on the Labor Condition Application (LCA) posting issue and encourages DOL to issue interpretative guidance that employers are not required to post either a physical hardcopy notice at the H-1B worker’s private residence or electronic notice.
