AILA Submits Comments on Collection of Certain Information and Social Media Identifier(s) on Immigration Forms

AILA initially submitted comments on the generic clearance for the collection of certain information and social media identifier(s) on immigration forms on May 2, 2025. AILA urged USCIS to withdraw the proposed collections which require the disclosure of information about applicants and their family members. Following separate notice and comment periods for the same proposed collections, AILA submitted the comments again on October 3, 2025.
