AILA Submits Comments on Proposed Form DS-5540: Public Charge Questionnaire

AILA submits comments in response to DOS notice of proposed information collection for Form DS-5540: Public Charge Questionnaire. AILA discussed concerns with implementing this form given that its underlying basis is legally flawed and the fact that it is redundant and overly burdensome to complete.
