AILA Submits Comments on Proposed Revisions to Forms G-28 and G-28I

AILA's USCIS Benefits Policy Committee submitted comments outlining concerns and requesting USCIS revise its proposals on September 22, 2025, and again on January 12, 2026 following a separate notice and comment period for the same proposals.
