AILA Submit an Amicus Brief on Denial of SIJS Applications

AILA submitted a brief requesting the court to address the issue of inconsistent and arbitrary denials of birthday filings of SIJS applications and urges the court to recognize that USCIS’s arbitrary conduct at issue in this case is typical of the way USCIS handles similar issues in other cases.
