BCIS Publishes Revised FOIA Request Form for Use in Proyecto San Pablo v. INS Cases

BCIS revised the FOIA form, effective 6/24/03, for foreign nationals requesting documentation and information to support claims for new decisions on their legalization applications under the Proyecto San Pablo v. INS judgment. (68 FR 37508, 6/24/03)
