Page 34: added the following section:
(v) Natural or manmade disasters. -– Natural or manmade disasters may occur that create unavoidable filing delays. Parties wishing to file untimely documents after a disaster must file a motion asking the Board to accept the untimely filing. See Chapter 3.1(c)(iii). Parties must include documentary evidence to support their motion, including such evidence as affidavits and declarations under the penalty of perjury. The Board will consider each motion on a case-by-case basis.
