BICE Announces New Steps to Assist Compliance with the August 1, 2003 SEVIS Deadline

BICE is taking steps to ensure that law-abiding foreign students enrolled at U.S. educational institutions will be able to enter the U.S. and study at these institutions by assisting with compliance with the August 1, 2003 deadline, and establishing case-by-case accommodations where a school fails to meet the SEVIS deadline. BICE also released a list of SEVIS-certified schools.
