Bipartisan Group Urges Congressional Leadership to Approve H-2B Cap Relief

On 1/22/19, a bipartisan group of members of Congress sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi, Minority Leader McCarthy, Majority Leader McConnell, and Minority Leader Schumer to address limited availability of H-2B visas, in light of overwhelming demand that recently caused the DOL iCERT system to crash.
