CA1 Allows USCIS to Resume Comprehensive Re-Review Policy

The court granted a partial stay to allow the government to continue its Comprehensive Re-Review Policy while litigation continues. The policy directs USCIS personnel to re-review all approved cases for individuals from travel ban countries who entered the U.S. on or after 1/20/21. (Dorcas v. USCIS, 8/14/26)
