Calls for Examples: USCIS FOIA Withholdings and Inadequate Searches

The Council is doing a call for examples of USCIS withholding large portions of FOIA productions since 1/20/25. They are also doing another call for examples of USCIS issuing a no records determination. To collect data and explore advocacy on this issue, members are encouraged submit any examples.
