Carrier Liaison Program Bulletin on Sex Codes “M” or “F” in Systems

In compliance with Executive Order 14168, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) updated guidance for Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) transmissions to CBP. Carriers will be required to submit either “M” (male) or “F” (female) in the sex field for travelers, even if their travel document has a different sex or no sex indicated.
