Carrier Liaison Program Bulletin: Suspension of the CNMI Economic Vitality and Security Travel Authorization Program

CBP’s Carrier Liaison Program (CLP) announced that effective October 30, 2026, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Economic Vitality & Security Travel Authorization Program (EVS-TAP) is suspended. As of the effective date, travel under EVS-TAP will not be permitted and all existing EVS-TAP authorizations will be canceled.
