CBP announcement of DHS Secretary's decision to redirect all flights carrying passengers recently present in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Uganda, or South Sudan to arrive at Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Virginia. The restriction applies to flights that departed after 11:59 PM ET on 5/20/26 and will be effective until cancelled or modified by DHS Secretary. (91 FR 29896, 5/21/26)
