CBP Final Rule Establishes Gordie Howe International Bridge as Port of Entry in Detroit, MI
CBP Final Rule establishing the Gordie Howe International Bridge border crossing as a Class A port of entry for immigration purposes and part of the port of Detroit for customs purposes. The rule is effective 3/22/26, and CBP will post a notice to its website when the crossing is fully operational. (91 FR 3995, 1/30/26)
