Documents Received by the Council From CBP

This subset of documents was obtained by the American Immigration Council after the Council filed a lawsuit against DHS to compel the release of records relating to access to counsel before CBP. See American Immigration Council v. DHS, No. 1:11-cv-01972 (D.D.C. filed November 8, 2011). The Council initially pursued disclosure of these records through a FOIA request filed in March 2011.
