CBP Announces Clarification on APIS Transmissions for Ukrainian, Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuela Nationals Traveling to the United States

CBP announced guidance of Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) transmission and response codes for eligible travelers to the U.S. with Advanced Travel Authorization. Non-eligible individuals must be accompanied by the principal family member to be considered under this process.
