CBP's Carrier Liaison Program Announces the Exemption of the Six-Month Passport Validity Rule

CBP’s Carrier Liaison Program provides an updated list of countries exempt from the six-month validity rule, which supersedes the list found in the 2022 – 2023 Carrier Information Guides, and any previously issued lists. The list is effective as of January 28, 2024.
