CBP Releases Memo on Processing Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Cards

CBP released a redacted memo stating that delegates attending the APEC Senior Officials Meeting III, and holding an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card (ABTC), are permitted to use crew lanes at all U.S. international air ports of entry.
