CBP Reports Issues Impacting ESTA and EVUS Transactions

CBP circulated the following email to the Carrier Liaison Program email list:

Subject: ESTA Disruption

CBP is presently addressing an unexpected system issue impacting ESTA and EVUS processes, specifically in relation to pay.gov transactions. Our technical teams are actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

In the interim, we kindly request that the affected parties resubmit the application or transaction and the airline refresh their system. This may help mitigate any immediate disruptions while CBP continues efforts to restore full system functionality. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time and will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
