Residency Rule Amended for Canadian NEXUS Applicants

CBP press release announcing that effective on 7/11/12, the Canada Border Services Agency lifted the three-year residency requirement for Canadian citizens to apply to NEXUS where members can expedite their travel across the border at designated air, land & marine locations.
