Customs Directive on Seditious Matter and Political Propaganda

A 7/27/01 Customs Directive, which was reviewed on 7/1/03, provides procedures for seizure of inadmissible seditious matter and explains admissible materials, such as political propaganda. Guidance obtained through the CBP FOIA Library and supersedes an 8/29/86 directive. .
